Lauren Machado is a passionate leader in the fusion of creative, product, content and technology. She has over 15+ years of experience in operations, program management, creative strategy & digital storytelling. Lauren currently leads Creative & Design Program Management at The Walt Disney Company for its internal creative team. Previously, she has held leadership roles at Square, Airbnb, Netflix, the Mayor’s Film Office of San Francisco and more.

Lauren also takes on advisory roles for large companies, startups, non-profits and local organizations.
